1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Beeograph ("the Service"), operated by Beeomatic (UG in Gründung), represented by founders Connor Welge and Marius Schneider, Grandweg 122C, 22529 Hamburg, Germany, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Beeograph is a link-in-bio platform that allows users to create a public profile page with links, social media integrations, and widgets. Features vary by subscription plan (Free, Pro, Unlimited).

3. Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service (Art. 8 GDPR). Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent. If we become aware that a child under 16 has submitted data without parental consent, we will delete it immediately — please contact us at [email protected] in such cases.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Publish content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Violate the intellectual property, privacy, or personal rights of third parties.
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or conduct phishing attacks.
• Disrupt the Service or its infrastructure through reverse engineering, scraping, or other interference.
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account to another person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with prior notice where appropriate. For serious violations — including illegal content, security incidents, or significant abuse — immediate suspension without notice is possible.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you publish. By using the Service, you grant Beeograph a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish and must ensure it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are offered at the following prices: Pro €4.99/month or €49.99/year; Unlimited €11.99/month or €119.99/year; Pro Lifetime €129.00 one-time. All prices are final prices in euros including applicable VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are granted for partial billing periods (e.g., plan changes within a billing cycle). Payments on iOS and Android are processed through the respective app stores. Web payments are processed via RevenueCat Web Billing by RevenueCat, Inc. (Sunnyvale, CA, USA); the payment processor is Stripe, Inc. (South San Francisco, CA, USA).

Beeomatic will grant a refund upon request within the first 14 days after purchase, provided you have not published a profile page and have not actively used any substantial features of the paid plan. Simply logging in or opening the dashboard does not constitute use under this policy. All requests are reviewed individually; send your request to [email protected]. For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are subject to the respective store policies and must be requested directly from Apple or Google. The statutory right of withdrawal (Section 12) remains unaffected.

7. Availability & Changes

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without additional warranties to the extent permitted by law. For consumers, statutory defect rights remain unaffected. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

Beeograph is fully liable for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, and for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. For breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages. All other liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.

12. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of contract conclusion. For digital subscriptions, the right of withdrawal expires if you explicitly consent before checkout completion to us beginning performance immediately, and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This confirmation is obtained separately at checkout. Without this consent, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons — contact us at [email protected].

13. Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period:

• iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Beeograph
• Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → Beeograph
• Web: Beeograph → Settings → Manage Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the next renewal date; no refund is issued for the current period, except under the refund policy (Section 6) or the statutory right of withdrawal (Section 12).

14. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are currently neither required nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
