1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Beeograph ("the Service"), operated by Beeomatic UG (haftungsbeschränkt), represented by its managing directors Connor Welge and Marius Schneider, Grandweg 122C, 22529 Hamburg, Germany, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Beeograph is a link-in-bio platform that allows users to create a public profile page with links, social integrations, and widgets. Features vary depending on the subscription plan (Free, Pro, Unlimited).

3. Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or conduct phishing attacks.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account to another person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you post. By using the Service, you grant Beeograph a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish and must ensure it does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans (Pro at $4.99/month, Unlimited at $11.99/month) are billed monthly. Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

7. Availability & Changes

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beeograph disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beeograph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.
